INGREDIENTS
-
1 kg. fresh chard.
- 4 garlic cloves.
- 1 Can of fried tomato.
- 2 eggs.
- Salt.
- Oil.

DIRECTIONS:
Put
on a saucepan the chard, water and salt. Cook until done and drain.
On a big frying pan, put oil and the sliced garlic. Fry until golden
brown. Add chard and stir fry, add the fried tomato amd mix well.
Finally, add the eggs and stir until done. Add salt a desired. |

Artichokes
and cheese
Ingredients
- 16 medium size artichokes.
-1 lemon.
-8 servings of cheese.
-1 can of anchovies .
Directions:
Remove the hard leaves
from the artichokes, boil with lemon cut in quarters. Once
they’re done, drain and set aside.
Place the artichokes on a deep roasting pan one next to
the other so they don’t turn around. Put half cheese
serving on top of each artichoke, and half anchovy on top
of it. Pour some of the remaining oil from the anchoves
can. Bring to the oven and grill.
