1 chicken breast, sliced in fillets.
- 1 can of champignon cream.
- 200 gr of ham.
- 200 gr Manchego cheese.
- Pepper.
- Garlic.
- Vinegar.
- Salt.
- Beef seasoning.

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1.
In bowl marinate the chicken breast fillets in water, salt, pepper,
garlic and vinegar for 15 minutes.
Step 2.
Take the chicken breast fillets and put one slice each of ham
and Manchego cheese on it. Roll as you would do with a taco and
place on earthenware baking dish.
Step 3.
Sprinkle the beef seasoning and add the champignon cream and take
to microwave oven for 20 minutes.
