INGREDIENTS
- 3 egg yolks.
- 600 gr sugar.
- 3 apples.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
- 200 gr of  whipping cream.

DIRECTIONS:

Whip the yolks and sugar.
Add the apples, grated, the vanilla and the lemon juice. Mix well. Add the cream.
Chill for at least 2 hs.
Serve chilled in ice-cream bowls or cups. Garnish with peppermint leaves or wafer.
