-5 Granny Smith apples.
- 5 eggs.
- 5 full tablespoons of sugar.
- 1 small glass of milk.
- 1 small glass of cream.
- Sugar (for melting and lining the cake pan).
- 2 tablespoons of water .

DIRECTIONS:
Peel the apples, chop them in
chunks and cook them with 5 tablespoons of sugar and 2 of water.
Beat the eggs, add the milk. Coat a springform cake pan with caramel
(melted sugar). Pour the apples and eggs mixture in the pan and
bake at 180º C, stick a needle or a knife in the middle to
see if it’s done. Let cool and garnish with whipping cream.
