175 gr of margarine.
- 125 gr of sugar.
- 150 gr of flour.
- 3 eggs.
- Zest of one lemon.
- 1 kg of yellow apples.
- Rhum, cornstarch and yeast

DIRECTIONS:
Grease a cake pan with butter
and bread crumbs. Mix the margarine and the sugar. Next, add the
eggs and stir well. When smooth add the flour, 50 gr of cornstarch,
a tablespoon of rhum, the lemon zest and a tablespoon of yeast.
Pour in the pan. Peel the apples and cut in fourths. Place on
top. Bake for 40 minutes at medium heat.
