16 medium size artichokes.
-1 lemon.
-8 servings of cheese.
-1 can of anchovies

DIRECTIONS:
Remove
the hard leaves from the artichokes, boil with lemon cut in quarters.
Once they’re done, drain and set aside.
Place the artichokes on a deep roasting pan one next to the other
so they don’t turn around. Put half cheese serving on top
of each artichoke, and half anchovy on top of it. Pour some of
the remaining oil from the anchoves can. Bring to the oven and
grill.
