A bunch of asparagus.
- 3 eggs.
- Nutmeg.
- ¼ kg York ham.
- Black ground pepper.
- Butter.
- 1 package of whipping cream.
- Bread crumbs .

DIRECTIONS:
Boil
the asparagus, chopped, strain and stir-fry in butter. Add the
eggs, beaten, the pepper, the nutmeg, the cream and the salt.
Grease muffin pan with butter and sprinkle bread crumbs to avoid
sticking.
Place the York ham on the bottom and the asparagus on top. Fill
with the egg mixture. Take to oven until it sets up.
