8 endives.
- Sliced cheese.
- York ham.
- Pie crust.
- 2 eggs.

DIRECTIONS:
Cook the endives for 15-20 minutes in a saucepan with plenty of water and some salt. Once cooked, drain well. Wrap each endive with a slice each of cheese and ham. Next, wrap each one with a piece of pie crust rubbed in flour (to avoid sticking). Once this is done, brush with beaten eggs with a kitchen brush or using your hands if you don’t have a brush.
Take to hot oven and cook until golden.
