frozen hake.
- 1 lemon.
- Bread crumbs.
- 1 glass of white wine.
- Oil, parsley and salt.

DIRECTIONS:
Thaw
the hake and make some shallow cuts on it. In each cut place a
lemon slice. Sprinkle bread crumbs, the parsley, the white wine
and the oil all over it. Sprinkle some salt and take to oven.
From time to time pour its own cooking juices over it. Cook until
tender.
