DIRECTIONS:
In
an earthenware saucepan put some oil and fry the steak previously
cut in small cubes. When done take out and set aside. Cut the
potatoes in 1 cm slices and place them in the saucepan. Add the
“morcilla” and the whole garlic head. When it’s
fried, take out and set aside. On the same saucepan fry two grated
tomatoes. When the tomato is fried, add six big tablespoons of
rice, stir and add the broth (always twice as much rice). On top
of this, add all the previously fried ingredients, the chickpeas
and two tomatoes cut in half. Take to the oven until rice is done
(when the surface is dry).
