Baked sea bass and potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 big sea bass.
- Potatoes.
- Onion.
- Garlic.
- Thyme, oil, salt.

DIRECTIONS:

Grease a baking tin. Line with thin slices of potato and on top of it a layer of onion rings. Sprinkle chopped garlic and thyme, salt. Drizzle some oil. Take to pre-heated oven at 170º C, mid-height for 10 minutes.
Take out and place the sea bass previously salted inside and outside. Take to oven for another 20 minutes. (You may use a brochette stick to probe the center and see if it’s ready).
