-6 Granny Smith apples.
- 1 egg.
- 1 glass of sugar.
- Butter.
- 250 c.c. apple juice.

DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat the oven at 250º
C. Peel the apples and remove the core, dip in beaten egg and
coat with sugar. Place in baking tin, previously coated in caramel.
Inside each apple introduce a cube of butter. Splash the apple
juice all over it. Take to oven until tender but firm.
