1 can of pineapple.
- 1 can of beetroot.
- 1 fistful of nuts.
- 1 fistful of currants.
- Lettuce.
- 1 Endive.
- Mayonaisse.

DIRECTIONS:
Thinly slice the lettuce and endive. Set aside. Chop the pineapple and the beetroot, rinse well and dry with paper towel (it’s very important they’re dry). Mix with the lettuce and add the currants and the nuts. Mix well with mayonaisse.
