1 cauliflower.
- 2 slices of York ham.
- Bechamel (oil, flour, milk, salt and nutmeg.
- 100 gr grated cheese.
- Oil.
- Salt.
- Butter (for greasing the tin)

DIRECTIONS:
Divide the cauliflower into florets. Boil in water with oil and salt until tender. Grease an oven tin with butter and pour the cauliflower previously drained.
Place the York ham on top, either in chunks or in slices, covering the cauliflower. Pour the bechamel over it, covering well. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Take to oven to grill..
