1 kg. fresh chard.
- 4 garlic cloves.
- 1 Can of fried tomato.
- 2 eggs.
- Salt.

DIRECTIONS:
Put
on a saucepan the chard, water and salt. Cook until done and drain.
On a big frying pan, put oil and the sliced garlic. Fry until
golden brown. Add chard and stir fry, add the fried tomato amd
mix well. Finally, add the eggs and stir until done. Add salt
