DIRECTIONS:
Thinly slice the potatoes and
deep-fry in plenty of oil (about two fingers).
Separate the potatoes in two amounts and put them in a deep dish
with kitchen paper. Make two tortillas with each half and two
eggs each. Try to make it soft but well cooked inside.
Lay the York ham and half of the cream cheese over one of the
tortillas.
Spread the cream cheese over the other one and lay the bell pepper
stripes and the black olives.
Put the cheese, pepper and olives tortilla over the first one.
It can be eaten warm or cold.
