-Chicken breasts (thinly sliced as fillet).

Fry the chicken breasts to seal
them with ground garlic. Take out and add salt. Place on baking
tin and cover with bechamel and top with grated cheese. Take to
oven for some minutes until cheese melts and gets golden.
