DIRECTIONS:

On a frying pan stir-fry the onion, the garlic, the pepper and the tomato, all chopped. When it’s golden take out of heat.
Salt the chicken and deep-fry. Strain the oil from the chicken pan and add the stir-fry. Add the stock cube, the glass of wine and the paprika. Let reduce the wine 4 minutes and add the beer, add enough water to cover the chicken. Simmer for 1 hour, depending on the size of the chicken pieces. In case it thickens, add more water or beer. Check salt. Let’s eat!!
Note: If you wish fry some potatoes at low heat, adding 2 or 3 chopped garlic cloves and a generous spurt of vinegar over the potatoes. This garnish is called “Patatas Panaderas” and very tasty!.
