Stir-fry the chicken in a deep
saucepan. On a separate frying pan stir-fry the bread. Hardboil
the eggs.
Crush the cooked egg yolks and the fried bread in the mortar.
Over the chicken pour a glass of water, the crushed egg yolks
and the juice of half lemon.
Cook for a while and serve.
