1 quartered chicken.
- 4 garlic cloves.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 1 teaspoon of paprika.
- Salt.
- Oil.
- 2 teaspoons of flour.

DIRECTIONS:
On a frying pan stir-fry the
garlic cloves, the bay leaf, the flour and the paprika.
In the pressure cooker put the quartered chicken, pour the stir-fry
on top and cover with water. Add salt. Close the pressure cooker
and cook for 20 minutes (35 if you’re using a regular pot).
