400 gr chicken breast (minced).
- 200 gr lean minced pork meat.
- 1 egg.
- 1 can of truffles.
- 1 mall can of pâté.
- 1 small glass of cognac.
- Ham.
- salt, pepper and butter.

DIRECTIONS:
Mix
very well the chicken breast and the pork meat. Next, mix this
with the egg, the truffle, the pâté, the cognac,
salt, pepper and butter.
Grease a baking tin with butter and spread a layer of the mixture,
cover with a layer of sliced ham. Alternate a layer of meat mixture
and sliced ham. Place the baking tin inside a bigger one with
water (bagne marie). Take to 180º C oven until cooked. 30-40
minutes.
