Chickpeas.
- 2 carrots.
- 1 onion.
- 1 garlic clove.
- 2 tablespoons paprika.
- 1 small glass of white wine.
- 1 green bell pepper.
- 2 stew sausages.
- 1 potato.

hour earlier, start cooking the chickpeas.
On a frying pan stir-fry the onion, the garlic, 1 tomato. When
it’s golden add the wine and the paprika. Simmer for a couple
of minutes. Add the sausages, and the potato and carrots, previously
cubed. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the chickpeas and cook for another
10 minutes. It’s ready to eat.
