DIRECTIONS:
Mix the flour, the sugar, the
yeast and the salt (and the cinammon if you want to). Set aside.
Take a saucepan and mix the butter, the chocolate powder and 1
cup of water. Bring to boil stirring all the time. Take out of
the stove and mix with the dried ingredients you have in the other
bowl. Now you can add the crushed nuts if you like. Add the eggs,
the milk, and the vanilla. Mix well and take to oven for 25 minutes
at 180º Celsius.
Use a knife to see if the center is cooked and take out of the
oven.
If you leave it to rest for 1 hour outside the oven, it will be
less sweet. You can add a chocolate icing, made of chocolate
powder, some butter and cream. It’s not necessary.
