1 kg of clams.
-4 garlic cloves.
-1 small onion.
-1 Tablespoon of bread crumbs.
-6 artichokes.1 lemon.
-1 glass of white wine.

DIRECTIONS:
Remove
hard leaves and boil the artichokes. Drain and set aside. Reserve
cooking water as well. Stir fry the sliced garlic and the grated
onion. When golden brown, take out from the stove and add the
bread crumbs (So it doesn’t get bitter). Put it again on
the stove, add some of the artichokes’ cooking water, the
zest of half a lemon and the glass of white wine.
Let it simmer for a while, then add the clams until they open.
Add the artichokes.
