INGREDIENTS
- ¼ kg  of soaked cod.
- 2 oranges.
- 1can of black olives.
- 2 hard-boiled eggs.
- 3 medium-sized cooked potatoes.
- Olive oil, vinegar and salt.

DIRECTIONS:

Put the cod to soak the day before to wash away salt, cook the potatoes unpeeled and the eggs. Let cool. In a deep plate or salad bowl, place the cooked potatoes, peeled and sliced, add the eggs, sliced, add the cod, shredded. Peel the oranges and cut in cubes. Add the black olives and pour oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
