20-24 sardines.
- 1 glass of oil.
- ½ glass of water.
- ½ glass of vinegar.
- 2 bay leaves, black pepper.
- 3 garlic cloves.

DIRECTIONS:
Remove
the scales from the sardines. Slice the garlic cloves. Place the
sardines in the bottom of a saucepan and the rest of ingredients
on top. Cook at low heat for 10 minutes stirring from time to
time. Let cool before serving.
