DIRECTIONS:
For
the fish broth: boil fish, mainly head and bones or you can buy
it.
Stir-fry the onion, thinly sliced, the tomato and the garlic and
drizzle some oil. Stir-fry the prawns until golden. Take out and
reserve for later. Add the cuttlefish and the clams to the stir
fry.
On a separate big iron sauce/frying pan (paella pan), splash some
oil and stir-fry the noodles, when they’re golden, add the
fish broth and the previous stir fry.
Once done, it’s ready to eat, it can be garnished with the
aioli.
Aioli
Ingredients:
Oil.
Garlic.
Salt.
Blend
or mix until smooth. Once done, it’s ready to eat, it can
be used to garnish the noodles.
