DIRECTIONS:
Slice the onion and put in microwave
bowl, add some oil and a tablespoon of sugar. Microwave for 10
minutes. Next, take to a saucepan and add a glass of white wine,
cook until tender. Take out and strain. Set aside. Over each slice
put a teaspoon of foie, cover with some of the onion mixture and
a slice of Serrano ham. It’s even better if the slices of
bread are toasted.
