INGREDIENTS
- Frozen hake fillet.
- Prawns (frozen and peleed)
- Mayonnaise (packaged or homemade)
- Oil and salt.

DIRECTIONS:

Grease a baking tin big enough for the fillets to fit in. Place the fillets with the skin facing downwards. Sprinkle some salt and put a layer of prawns on top. Sprinkle with salt again. Cover with mayonnaise. Take to pre-heated oven at 170º C for 20 minutes. Serve as terrine.
