200 gr York ham.
- 200 gr grilling cheese.
- Sliced bread.
- Eggs.
- Milk.
- Butter.
- Salt.

DIRECTIONS:
Grase
a baking tin with the butter. Layer the York ham on the bottom.
Whisk some eggs, pour the milk and a pinch of salt. Take off the
crust to the sliced bread. Dip the slices on the egg mixture and
place over the York ham. Spread a layer of cheese. Alternate the
previous layers (York ham, dipped bread, cheese) until filling
up the baking tin. Take to pre-heated oven at 200º C for
15-20 minutes.
