Buy the pork loin and ask the
butcher to make a slot to each fillet for stuffing. Insert one
slice each of ham and cheese in each slot. On two deep plates
each beat an egg and pour bread crumbs in the other. Dip each
pork loin in egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry at medium
heat.
