-4 pieces of lamb shoulder blade.
- 3 garlic cloves.
- A bunch of cilantro.
- Oil and salt.
- 150 ml of beer.
- 150 ml of white wine.

DIRECTIONS:
Fry the lamb until it’s golden and add salt as desired. Crush the garlic and the cilantro in the mortar. Add it to the lamb and stir. Pour the wine and the beer.
If you use the presure cooker it takes 15 min.
If using an ordinary pot it takes 45 min.
