Pie crust.
- 1 kg of leek.
- 90 gr of butter.
- 6 slices of bacon.
- 2 cups of whipping cream.
- 4 eggs.
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg.

DIRECTIONS:
Thaw
the pie crust and line a baking tin. Pour some flour over it.
Puncture the bottom using a fork.
Mince the leeks and stir-fry them in butter. When done, spread
it over the pie crust along with the bacon, previously chunked.
Whisk the cream with the eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Once smooth
pour over the leeks. Take to a 180º C oven until it sets.
