- 2 cans of condensed milk.
- 2 cartons (400 cc approx) of whipping cream or 1 can of whipped
cream.
- 1 package of Maria cookies or Graham crackers.
- Cinnamon.

DIRECTIONS:
Mix in mixer or blender the
cookies, a tablespoon of butter, a full tablespoon of cinnamon
and some milk. Process until smooth and spread over cake pan.
Grate the lemons and squeeze. Process the milk and the cream,
the lemon zest and juice until smooth. Taste and add more lemon
zest and/or juice to taste. Pour over the *** crust. Take to freezer
until it freezes. !!It’s delicious but not light!!!.
