½ kg of lentils.
- 1 carrot.
- 1 potato.
- 1 turnip.
- Garlic, oil and salt.

DIRECTIONS:
Drizzle
oil in a saucepan so to cover the bottom. Heat and add 4 garlic
cloves. Fry at low heat to avoid burning. When it’s golden,
add a teaspoon of paprika and add 1 lt of water.
Grind the vegetables in the blender or grate them and add them
to the pot. Cook for ¾ hour and check salt.
The lentils need to be soaked in the night before, unless you
use canned lentils.
