- 1 Cantimpalo sausage (a firmer and hotter smoked sausage)
- 1 “morcilla” (Spanish black sausage).
- 1 ham bone.
- 1 bay leaf.
- 1 garlic head.
- 1 potato .

DIRECTIONS:
Cook
the lentils in plenty of water and add the sausage, sliced, the
“morcilla”, the ham bone and the garlic head. Cook
for 1 hour (1/2 hr if using a pressure cooker). Add the cubed
potato, and if you wish, cubed squash. Cook for another 10-15
minutes.
