INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of lobster cream.
- ¼ kg prawn.
- 1 lt milk.
- 1 onion.
- 1 tomato.
- 2 carrots.
- A drizze of brandy.

DIRECTIONS:

CCook the prawns in a saucepan with plenty of water and some salt. (you can replace the prawns with king prawns). In another saucepan take the milk to a boil, when it starts to boil, add the prawns’ cooking water and the lobster cream. Cook stirring frequently until it gets thicker.

On a frying pan stir-fry the onion, the tomato and the chopped carrots, when it’s done, add to the cream and take to blender. Filter the cream to discard solids, add the brandy and the prawns, peeled and coarsely chopped.
