Remove skin from the “morcilla”
and stir-fry on frying pan. Add the apple thinly sliced and stir
with the “morcilla” until it softens. When smooth,
add the pinenuts. Cook for a short time to prevent the pinenut
from softening. Finally, add the eggs, stir and serve.
