- 1 can condensed milk.
- 1 can of evaporated milk.
- ¾ Cup of lemon juice.
- Zest of 1 lemon.
- 3 full tablespoons of sugar .

Put the 3 tablespoons of sugar
into the cake pan and melt it to make a caramel coating. Let cool.
Take the following to blender: the eggs, the 2 cans of milk, blend,
add the lemon juice and zest and stir. Pour into cake pan and
baine-marie cook for 1 hr. Let cool and remove from pan.
