6 baking pears.
- Whipping cream.
- 6 full tablespoons of sugar.
- 1 cinnamon stick.
- 1 lt of red wine.

Peel the pears but leave the
stem.
Poach the pears with the red wine, the sugar and the cinnamon,
simmer and reduce until it gets syrupy. Let cool and garnish with
whipping cream.
