Potatoes with baked cuttlefish

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg cuttlefish.
- 5 large potatoes.
- 1 large onion.
- 7 or 8 garlic cloves.
- Parsley.
- Oil, white wine.
- Thyme, bay leaf, paprika, a fistful of pinenuts.

DIRECTIONS:

Coarsely chop the potatoes, the onion and the cuttlefish.
Crush in mortar the parsley and the garlic. Add some oil and the white wine. Add salt and stir well. Add the thyme, the bay leaf, the paprika and the pinenuts.
Place the cuttlefish, the onion and the potatoes on a baking casserole. Pour the spices mixture over it.
Bake at high temperature for about an hour. Grill for 10 minutes.
Serve with alioli.
