1 clean chicken.
- 1 lt of white wine.
- 2 stock cubes.
- 2 or 3 medium-sized potatoes.
- 1 splash of virgin olive oil.

DIRECTIONS:
Wash the chicken thoroughly
and rub it with the stock cubes. Put in saucepan the oil and place
the chicken when oil is warm. Turn until completely golden. At
this point add the wine (the better the wine the better the sauce)
and the whole peeled potatoes.
Cook for 20 minutes and turn over the chicken, cook for another
15 minutes.
Serve garnished with the tasty potatoes, and bon appetit!.
