DIRECTIONS:
For
the filling: Stir-fry the onion, thinly sliced, the champignons,
sliced, and if you want add some cooked spinachs. Add a package
of chunked bacon.
Meanwile, beat 5 eggs with the cream. (a small carton will do)
add some salt and grounded nutmeg.
Grease a baking pan with butter and line with the pie crust covering
well. Pour the mixture on a baking tin, add the eggs and cream
mix and take to oven util it sets. Tip: You can check with a needle
in the center and if it’s clean you can take out of the
oven, let cool and let’s eat.
