-Potatoes.
- 1 can of fried tomato.
- Paprika.
- 3 red hot chili peppers.
- Olive oil.
- Vinegar.

DIRECTIONS:
Cube the potatoes, pour oil
and fry. Take out and reserve.
Thinly slice a a chili and mix well with vinegar (a glass filled
with 3 fingers high). On a frying pan pour 3 tablespoon of olive
oil, heat and add a teaspoon of paprika, stir inmediately and
pour the vinegar and chili mix. Stir fast for 3 seconds and take
out of heat.
Pour this mix over the fried potatoes, and the fried tomato. Warm
everything up and serve.
