-1 onion.
-100 gr of Spanish Serrano ham.
-100 gr of Spanish sausage.
-1 can of peas.
-100 gr of grated cheese.
-Oil.

DIRECTIONS:
Put
a big pot with plenty of water on the stove. When it boils, add
rice and cook for 20 minutes. When it’s done, drain and
wash in cold water.
On a big frying pan, put oil and fry the chopped onion, when it’s
golden, chop the ham and add it. Mince the sausage and add it
to the pan. Stir a few times. Add the rice, peas and some salt,
stirring with a wooden spoon to avoid sticking. Serve with cheese.
