-1 can of white beans.
-1 onion.
-1 tomato.
-300 gr of chard.

DIRECTIONS:
Grate
the onion and the tomato and stir-fry on a frying pan, add a teaspoon
of paprika when it’s cooked. On a saucepan with water, put
the stir-fry preparation, the chard previously washed and cut
in chunks and the white beans. Add some salt and let it simmer
for 15 minutes. Add the rice and cook for another 20 minutes.
Serve watery.
