Rice with clawed lobster

INGREDIENTS
- 1 clawed lobster.4 garlic cloves.1 “ñora” (Spanish small pepper, very hot and sweet).
- 1 small tomato.
- 1 small onion.1 teaspoon of paprika.
- 3 squids.Oil.2 lt of fish consommé (can be bought).
- 200 gr rice.

DIRECTIONS:

Stir-fry the peeled garlic cloves and the “ñora”. Take out and set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry the onion and then the tomato. Cut the squids in chunks, add it to the pan, then add the paprika and finally, add the fish consommé.
When it starts to boil, put the clawed lobster in. Crush the garlic and pepper preparation in a mortar. Add to the lobster preparation.
Cook for 15 minutes and add the rice.
Cook for 16 minutes and take to the table. Eat rightaway.
Prepare this on a deep pan with handles. The preparation (except for the rice) can be done beforehand and just add the rice right before eating.
