DIRECTIONS:
In
a deep pot pour oil and stir-fry the sausages cut in chunks, the
grated tomato and the lemon wedges. When golden brown, add 4 big
tablespoons of rice and stir, inmediately, add 8 big tablespoons
of broth. Cook for 20 minutes, 10 if using a pressure cooker.
