1 leg of lamb.
- 1 glass of white wine.
- 1 garlic head.
- Chopped cilantro.
- Olive oil.

DIRECTIONS:
Pat the leg of lamb and place
in big bowl to marinate with oil, garlic, and chopped cilantro.
Marinate for a few hours, preferably since the morning.
Put in roasting tin and bring to a 200ºC oven for 30 minutes.
Pour a glass of white wine and cook for another half hour, .pouring
its own cooking juices over it from time to time.
