-2 pork sirloins.
- 2 garlics.
- ½ of white wine.
- 4 apples.
- 1 package of potato flakes.
- Oil.
- Pepper, salt, parsley.

DIRECTIONS:
On a roasting tin put the sirloins,
salt and grounded pepper.
Pour oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic cloves, peeled.
When they’re fried (not burnt) add ½ lt of white
wine and plenty of parsley. Stir well and pour over the sirloins.
Place the apples, unpeeled and uncored, around the sirloin. Take
to pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with mashed potato.
